  • It depends on your goals and the type of work or projects you’d like help with. Here are a few suggestions for each tier of general VA support: 

    Tier 1: Light daily inbox and calendar management, research, some personal planning, and file or CRM organization. 

    Tier 2: Heavier inbox and calendar management, in-depth organization, ongoing data entry, research, and personal planning. 

    Tier 3: Heavier inbox and calendar management, data-heavy or time-sensitive projects, larger organization and file management, invoice management, customer support, and personal planning.

  • Yes, I can do a paid trial project for any of the specialty services as follows: 

    Blog writing: 1 blog post for $480

    Content repurposing: 1 pillar content bundle (blog post, 1 newsletter, 4 social posts) for $600

    Social media content: 1 set of 4 social media posts for $240

  • For blog writing and social media packages, I’ll need detailed briefs or outlines to begin content creation. 

    For content repurposing, if you have a particular direction you’d like the new content to go in, please share a brief detailing your thoughts.

  • General virtual assistant support is broken into three different tiers — 10 hours, 20 hours, or 30 hours of support each month, starting at $420 USD. 

    Specialty services are bundled packages, each with a monthly minimum of content. Rates will vary depending on the content bundle tailored to your needs and the total scope of work.

  • I accept ACH, debit/credit card, PayPal, and Stripe payments.

    I require an upfront 50% installment payment at the beginning of each month. You’ll receive the remaining payment invoice at the end of the month. (If you prefer just one invoice to keep things simple, we can arrange a full installment payment at the beginning of every month.)

  • The 50% upfront installment payment is to secure time on my calendar to work on your projects. It allows me to focus on providing the highest quality of support and content knowing time is blocked out specifically for you.

  • My business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm PT. The best way to contact me is by email or Slack.
